Adam Spear has been with Warrington PCI Management for nearly two decades starting as a property manager and as President for past six years.
As President, Adam has led the company through significant growth from 4.5 million sq. ft. under management to over 18 million sq. ft. Adam has worked closely with WPM’s executive team in growing the number of employees from 45 to over 210, with sights on further growth. Prior to assuming his role at Warrington PCI, Adam spent more than a decade in the tech sector.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Adam is also committed to social responsibility and community engagement. He actively supports various philanthropic initiatives aimed at improving youth, mental health, and environmental sustainability.
Adam’s visionary leadership, coupled with his passion for innovation and client service, continues to drive WPM‘s growth and position it as a leader in the property management industry.
Adam holds a bachelor’s degree with Honours in Technology Management from BCIT.
Lorna joined WPM in 2017 and brings over 30 years of property management experience. She managed various types of office and retail properties for Ivanhoe Cambridge, Oxford, and Manulife.
Lorna has experience working in Asia where she played a vital role in the development of management and operations procedures for mixed use projects in China, South Korea and Macau. Her experience overseas grants WPM a strong appreciation and comprehension of multicultural business dynamics.
Lorna holds her Certified Shopping Centre Manager designation from the International Council of Shopping Centres.
Mackenzie oversees the accounting team at WPM. This includes the strategic direction and oversight of corporate accounting, operational accounting and treasury. Mackenzie brings over 15 years of accounting and finance experience specializing in the real estate industry. She has guided teams through implementation of new accounting software programs, ever-changing financial regulations and vastly growing and evolving business. Mackenzie is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.
Jen is a member of the executive leadership team and has taken on the active role of identifying and executing on strategic objectives for WPM. She oversees WPM’s corporate governance, project management division, systems and technologies along with other key responsibilities. Jen attributes her success to being forward-thinking, having a strong work ethic, and fostering good relationships.
Jen obtained her Chartered Accountant designation with PricewaterhouseCoopers and has over 12 years’ experience in accounting and operations of various asset classes within the real estate industry. Outside of WPM, Jennifer enjoys traveling, culinary adventures, and spending time with her young family.
Laura has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1999 and over the past 22 years she has been involved in office, retail, industrial, commercial strata and residential rental. She oversaw the successful commissioning and tenanting of PCI’s award-winning mixed-use developments Cross Roads and Marine Gateway. Laura has a keen interest in leadership, new construction, sustainability initiatives, accessibility and ensuring service excellence is top of mind. She is a highly regarded and sought-after speaker at many local and regional industry events for her considerable experience and exceptional demeanour.
As Vice President, Sustainability, Chris leads WPM’s strategic initiatives to reduce our contribution to climate change and mitigate its effects within our managed portfolio.
He is a member of multiple sustainability-focused advisory groups and organizations, including the BOMA BC Climate Action Committee, Urban Land Institute’s Net Zero Imperative, and the Canadian Green Building Council. Chris was also a member of the City of Vancouver Commercial Buildings Decarbonization Technical Advisory Committee that helped draft Vancouver’s carbon pollution limit bylaws.
As Managing Broker, Chris is actively engaged in all aspects of WPM’s management activities. In conjunction with the rest of the senior leadership team and department heads, he ensures that the business of the brokerage is carried out competently and in accordance with all legislation and professional standards.
Chris is a graduate of Carleton University in Ottawa and the Sauder School of Business at UBC and is licensed as a Managing Broker, Rental Property Manager, Strata Manager and Real Estate Salesperson by BCFSA.
As Senior Vice President, Leasing, John leads our client focused team in all aspects of property leasing. Through a strategic approach to asset positioning, market knowledge and focused marketing initiatives John and his team deliver leasing results to our owner clients. John has spent 30 years in the commercial real estate business in both management and brokerage roles, and is well versed in property management, asset management, parking management and managing tenant and capital construction projects. John has led large and diverse teams across all property asset classes and is experienced in business development. He is well connected nationally and deeply connected in Western Canada to occupiers, brokers and owners of commercial real estate and leverages these relationships to yield results for our clients. John is well known and respected in the real estate community and the greater overall business community. He is a regular contributor to the Canadian Real Estate Forum and various industry organizations.
John has over 35 years of commercial leasing, development and acquisitions experience. John has represented both landlords and tenants in identifying and securing real estate opportunities across Canada and in the U.S. John leads WPM’s retail leasing team and is personally active in retail leasing, acquisitions and dispositions for institutional and private owners throughout Western Canada. He is focused on project assessment, negotiating agreements and creating value for our clients. John has earned the designations of Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) and Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX) from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Sanjay is an integral part of WPM’s leasing team as he represents Landlords and Tenants in Lease negotiation and analysis. Sanjay specializes in retail and office leasing activities within WPM’s portfolio for institutional and private owners and is focused on maintaining his relationships by adding value for his clients and developing business by providing excellent service and real estate expertise.
As Senior Leasing Manager, Lenia represents private and institutional landlords in ensuring successful lease-up of its commercial real estate assets. She negotiates new lease transactions and renewals for a portfolio of office, industrial and retail assets. Lenia has over 17 years’ experience in real estate and has held positions in both the private and public sector including Avison Young, District of North Vancouver, and Fraser Health. Her comprehensive real estate expertise and dedication to client relationship management earns the trust of her clients.
Lindsay has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, negotiating transactions across a variety of asset classes and geographies. She has held leading roles in leasing and transaction management for national and international client portfolios.
Most recently, Lindsay was responsible for expanding the Canadian portfolio of a high-growth global occupier and executing the real estate initiatives for a national health service provider with more than 350 locations.
Lindsay takes a strategy driven approach to real estate transactions, paring high quality analytics with market expertise to deliver excellent results for clients, leading to long-term and trust-based relationships.
Kai oversees human resources, payroll and corporate administration functions. She’s also WPM’s go-to for just about everything else.
Prior to WPM, Kai counselled managers in BC, ON, and MB as a Human Resources Generalist. Kai holds a Bachelors of Commerce, specializing in Human Resources Management, from the University of British Columbia and is currently designated as a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP).
Kristen leads a team of dedicated finance and accounting professionals and is responsible for providing leadership and overall financial direction of the accounting and finance functions for PCI and WPM. She provides strategic direction and oversees financing and capital activities at PCI and WPM. Kristen obtained her Chartered Accountant designation at Deloitte and has held various senior finance roles in real estate, finance and infrastructure industries.
Ian joined Stephen and Dale at SDM Realty in 2000 and has 28 years of experience in the real estate industry covering corporate, development and property management. Ian leads a large team of accountants at WPM to provide accurate and timely reporting to clients. Flexibility in reporting has been a keystone in meeting the needs of the various types of clients, from small family operations to large international property owners. Multiple accounting systems as required by clients are used to accomplish the reporting. Ian and his team work with many different audit firms to complete the building and operating expense audits for the properties. Ian holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan.
May is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has over 10 years of accounting experience specializing in the property management industry. As Corporate Controller, May oversees WPM’s main Yardi system and treasury functions. Her key focuses are process improvement and maximizing efficiency. Outside of work, May enjoys traveling and exploring cuisines from different cultures.
Roni is an accomplished and dedicated professional who joined WPM in 2021, bringing with him over a decade of experience in the accounting field. With a keen interest in the real estate industry, Roni has become a trusted leader and advisor in this specialized sector. As the leader of a team of talented accountants at WPM, he consistently strives to meet client needs and ensures his team is well-equipped to navigate the dynamic landscape of the accounting industry, adapting to new regulations and challenges.
Roni is a Certified Public Accountant and with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from American University of Beirut.
Elizabeth has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2001 and has been involved in office, retail, industrial, commercial strata, and residential rental assets. She places emphasis on relationship building and providing the highest level of service to her clients, tenants and industry partners. Elizabeth currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Building Owners and Managers Association of BC.
Pauline started in Commercial Property Management in 1999. In her 24 years of experience, she has successfully managed over two million square feet of office towers, business parks, industrial buildings, and mixed-use properties. Pauline has had years of experience in planning, budgeting and successfully completing capital projects on behalf of the institutional clients. She is an effective team leader and believes that mutual respect, communication, and teamwork are the foundations to building a strong team.
In his role as Director, Property Management, Adriano leads a talented team of property managers responsible for over 4 million square feet of office, retail, industrial and residential properties. Additionally, he manages a few flagship properties in downtown Vancouver.
Adriano joined WPM in 2019 having worked as a Fleet Manager for 13 years and further experience in the facilities and property management industry. Adriano’s extensive experience and leadership has been instrumental in achieving WPM’s goals of superior client service. He is committed to creating a workplace that promotes team collaboration and is a strong advocate for innovation and growth.
Adriano holds an MBA and a Master's Degree in Global Leadership from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is licensed by the BCFSA as a Rental Property Manager, Strata Manager and Trading Services Representative.
