WPM’s asset management team makes ownership as carefree as possible, operating as an extension of the owner’s management team.
We evaluate each property’s position within the local marketplace and provide recommendations to the owner on asset positioning strategies. Our annual strategic business plans for the property include an analysis of the impact, costs, and associated risks of capital projects, identification of cost saving measures to manage operating expenditures and innovative marketing approaches to attract quality tenants, garner higher rents and increase overall asset value.

We have an in-house leasing team as well extensive experience managing capital projects: building envelope upgrades, elevator upgrades, plaza and lobby upgrades, controls system replacements, mechanical equipment replacements, roof replacements or landlord work for new tenancies – no project is too big.
