The Commons in Royal Bay, the newest addition to the WPM portfolio, held its grand opening in Colwood, BC on May 25 with the opening of island-local retailers Quality Foods and Cascadia Liquor. Built by PCRE Group, a privately held real estate company, the Commons is part of a master planned community and will offer unique shopping and dining experiences. WPM will manage the 76,000 sq. ft retail village.
