Warrington PCI Management is a Vancouver-based company licensed under the Real Estate Act of British Columbia to conduct all facets of real estate management, leasing, investment, sales and consulting.

We currently manage and lease a portfolio in excess of 5.4 M square feet comprised of office, retail, industrial and residential income producing properties. A separate division provides management services to strata-owned properties. The value of these combined assets exceed $1B. 

Clients include both institutional and private investors from around the world.
