Warrington PCI Management is a Vancouver-based company licensed under the Real Estate Act of British Columbia to conduct all facets of real estate management, leasing, investment, sales and consulting.

Warrington PCI Management was formed in March of 2005 through the merger of the Warrington Property Group Inc. and PCI Realty Corp.

Clients include both institutional and private investors from around the world.

We currently manage and lease a portfolio in excess of 5.4 M square feet comprised of office, retail, industrial and residential income producing properties and a separate division provides management services to strata-owned properties. The value of these assets exceed $1B.
